Short Audio Session

Please note These are not hypnosis perse, but nice relaxing "Hypnotic inductions" which (according to Wikipedia) is the process undertaken by hypnotists to establish the state or conditions required for hypnosis to occur. Self-hypnosis is also possible, in which a subject listens to a recorded induction or plays the roles of both hypnotist and subject.
Note It may seem obvious but do not listen to this whilst driving a car or operating machinery
