Service Description
Stop Smoking/Vaping with us. I see 500 + Smokers each year and have helped people to stop since 2010. Stop with minimal cravings and no weight gain This is a Zoom Session. Please only book if you are comfortable having an online session 2 HR Stop Smoking Session (includes 1 follow up session, if required, in the first 3 months) Sessions available 7 days: Sessions available 6 days: Monday - Friday 6am, 9am, 12 noon, 3pm, 6pm Saturday 6, 9am & 12pm Sundays - Open January and February 8am, 11am or via request These times are QLD, Australia times. If you are booking from overseas and these times aren’t suitable for your time zone, please make contact so we can work something out. We accept all major credit and debit cards, direct bank transfer as well as cash. You will receive an email/ sms confirmation of you appointment within 24 hrs of booking on-line, this will contain your Zoom meeting Link and payment details If you have have any questions prior to your session please call 0466 668 630 24 Hrs is required and appreciated to change or cancel appointment.When you book your confirmation email will include the link for this meeting. Bank Details and Secure payment link via Square will be sent via sms within 24hours of booking. This balance needs to be paid within 48 hrs of receiving the details Secure payment link of balance is required a minimum of 24 hrs prior to the session Pls note 24 Hrs required to change or cancel appointment For your session: 1. ensure you are familiar with Zoom (if this is your first time with Zoom consider having a practice test run with a friend 2. Make sure you are not disturbed (consider placing a "donot disturb" sign on your front door) and ensure if at home, no one else in your household is downloading data during this session 3. Be in a comfortable chair 4. Have water with you 5. Use a device that is hands free that will enable me to see your face during the session
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy Each appointment is **two hours in duration** and is reserved exclusively for you. Because of the length of these sessions, it is often difficult to offer the appointment to another client at short notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide **at least 48 hours' notice**. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with **less than 48 hours' notice** will incur a **$50 cancellation fee per booked client, per session**. For example: * One client booked: **$50 cancellation fee** * Two clients booked on the same day: **$100 cancellation fee** If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me beforehand (a no-show), the same **$50 cancellation fee per booked client, per session** will apply. This policy helps cover the significant amount of time reserved specifically for your appointment and the loss of the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client. I understand that genuine emergencies or illness can occur and will always consider exceptional circumstances at my discretion. **By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.**
